Stuff

We have had a wonderful week, I'm happy to report. Last week was my first week on day and evening shift, which was wonderful. Sleep is a great thing. I went to Chicago with my two girlfriends, Linda and Felicia, on Wednesday and we came back Friday. Dave took a vacation day Wednesday and Thursday and Lindy watched Anson on Friday. I got home around 6:00pm. Dave's parents came over all day on Saturday to watch Anson while I worked and Dave got some things done around the house. We really appreciate that help on the weekends. I don't know what we did before they started coming! And, Anson loves seeing them. I'm working today 12 hours and then off Monday. Linda, Lindy, Anson and myself are heading to Jeffersonville outlets early Monday, which I am looking forward to. With my crazy schedule, I can never find anyone to go with me, and they were up for it. Can't wait. I start classes for Fall quarter on Wednesday and I haven't prepared myself at all for it. I need to get books, but that won't take long.

Dave is settling in with his new job and liking it better. The kitchen is coming along, but we had to fire our carpenter, unfortunately. So, we are on the hunt for someone to do the cabinets and trim. It'll get done at some point.

So, that's where we're at right now. We are so blessed and so thankful for all we have and have been given. Things are good.
